Information Collection
In order to improve the Toolbar and offer various other services, we may collect certain information from you via the Toolbar. This information includes information about how you interact with the Toolbar, such as your queries and your use of Toolbar functionality, such as clicks on specific Toolbar buttons or advertisements. (At this time, the Toolbar does not store information regarding the URLs of the Web sites you visit. If we change the functionality of the Toolbar to collect such information, we will update this privacy statement, and you will be able to uninstall the Toolbar and/or allow you to disable the new functionality. It is important for you to check this privacy statement from time-to-time, to ensure that you have the most current information regarding our data collection policies.)
In order to download or receive access to the Toolbar, you may be asked to provide certain personal information such as your email address, zip code, name or other information. In some cases, you may register to download the Toolbar via the websites of one of our corporate affiliates and/or other third parties. Information that you provide while registering for the Toolbar service on a non-Push.com website will be used in accordance with that third party website. Information which is collected via our website is governed by our website privacy policy. The information which you provide on our website maybe combined with the information collected via the toolbar, so that we may contact you and tailor the advertisements, products, and services which we offer to you.
We also collect the normal type of information that is already available to the web sites you visit, such as your operating system and IP address. From time to time, the Toolbar will contact our servers to provide us with the above information. We may also use third party service providers to collect and analyze this information, in which case the Toolbar will contact the third party's service provider's servers. Your use of the Toolbar is also governed by the End User License Agreement.
